What is going on in the sever!?

Most of you know Voyeurism, Lovin' and myself have not been playing much recently and on my behalf I would like to apologize. I was getting burned out a bit and needed a break in order to take care of other affairs that are currently going on in my life. I have still been online if people needed things to be taken care of (based on priority) but things are looking pretty stagnant lately from what I have seen.

- Server population has gone down
- Increased amount of trollers/hackers
- Server crashes frequently

- Following members have left:
* Fluffy (Taking a few months off, might be back)
* Blaids (Advises the server is unfun)
* Vexacion aka Cookie (Pursuing his own server)
* KittyKinz (Unkown)

And probably other problems that I am unaware of are making the server less desirable... however those of you who continue to play and show your support I cannot thank you enough.

With that said I would like some serious input on what changes you would like to see implemented in hopes of bringing the server back up to higher standards?? What needs to be capitalized on, and what can we do without? This is a community... not just a democracy and everyone's voice as a member and non member equally counts.

My proposed changes(and vicariously through others) are the following...

- Possible Server reset/wipe, levels may or may not be reset, in hopes of reducing the clutter and malfunction of certain races and hopefully reducing the amount of crashes
- Renaming the server to draw in more players
- Increasing the XP Gain
- Reseting/Reinstalling the Levelbank
- Adding the Rested XP plugin

- Remixing the tier order of races
- Overpowered races will be moved to high levels (and level 1200+ will have 200 level tiers rather than 75) Ensuring all races get equally "whored", and only dedicated players will get to access the truly overpowered races
- Adding a few more new races
- Changing the map cycle, including adding knife arena maps
- Models CAN be added to races (but keep in mind 1st time players will have to download all of them at once)
- Removing the unoriginal, shitty, pointless races (but not limited to) :
* Leechman
* Iron Man
* Professional Knife
* Mercenary
* Sinmar
* Auramaster
* Priest
* Lich
* Dark Templar
* Tauren Chieftain
* Flame Dragon
* Light Dragon

**Please give any additional suggestions/objections**

No resetting of levels, I would shit a brick. I'm almost to the point before my levels got reset the last time!
I think:
-Add more admins of people who log in regularly so they can control the server.
-Add more xp opportunity/games/ maybe admin can switch to a high level very hard to kill race that people can kill and get some high xp
-Getting rid of the "taking it too serious" attitude. Sometimes admins can get too touchy about "feeling" disrespected, etc...
-Mute always works better than ban.
-get rid of OP races of if they are OP make them nearly impossible to attain like 10,000 xp per level up or something.
-yes to remove unoriginal races
-yes to less races but more meaningful races,
-yes to models for races
-Map CYCLE!! - fix this- I know as a player I would always avoid custom maps - they're hard to navigate and figure out and as a new user I'm out in two seconds. Get a nice set of 10 maps. If you add one, remove one. Ten maps - include the classics like dust2 etc...

It seems to me that the server is at another crossroads.

I would strongly suggest avoiding a reset as it would result in further loss of members who have already struggled with several resets.

With so few of the regulars of the clan able to put time in on the server, my best suggestion would be to focus on recruitment of solid members. New members can bring friends
