Admin race

i had no idea how to code this one lol so i will post what it does and maybe you will know what to do voy
[Admin}
Admin Slap- does extra dmg to target/ throws him around ( very little extra dmg, but high proc)
Admin's speed hack!- extra speed (1.5 maybe?)
Admins freeze - freeze target, same as human maybe
All mighty Admin!- invincible ( maybe 5 seconds)
i think this would be a fun race to play but it needs to say the things in chat.. for example "admin slapped play _______" i think that would make the race alot more fun for everyone
